Customs Clearance

Dear Customer, it is now a requirement from ROP Customs that for every shipment into Oman arriving from another country, the recipient must submit their Civil or Resident ID to ther courier/agent in order to complete the customs process otherwise the order will be held by Customs. In order to avoid any delays with your shipments please submit your Civil or Resident ID in the box below:
